Georgia Accelerated Career Academy, doing business as the Academy for Innovation in Medicine (AIM), develops its budget under the leadership of the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer, in collaboration with the Governing Board’s Finance/Operations Committee. Faculty and community input is gathered throughout the winter and spring, and the final budget is presented for board approval. As required by law, AIM undergoes an annual financial audit and ensures timely and accurate IRS filings.

Federal Compliance Notice
AIM follows procurement standards under the Uniform Grant Guidance (2 CFR §200.317–200.327) for all purchases made with federal funds. All vendors are expected to comply with applicable federal and state laws, including nondiscrimination and debarment requirements.
Surplus
In accordance with Georgia law and federal grant requirements, AIM maintains transparency in the management and disposal of surplus property and equipment purchased with public funds. Items listed below are no longer needed for educational or operational purposes and are made available for sale, transfer, or disposal consistent with applicable regulations.
