Jim Rockaway is a seasoned financial executive and Certified Public Accountant with more than 25 years of experience leading finance, operations, and administrative functions across organizations. He currently serves as Chief Financial Officer of Repro Products, Inc., a diversified $30 million enterprise spanning office technology, printing, leasing, and real estate. In this role, Jim oversees finance, human resources, risk management, benefits, and treasury operations.

Prior to Repro Products, Jim held senior finance leadership roles at organizations ranging from high-growth e-commerce and medical education firms to large-scale construction and transportation companies. As Vice President of Finance & Administration at KEH, Inc., he supported rapid growth in a $95 million re-commerce business, led major system migrations, expanded finance and HR teams, and secured over $2 million in pandemic funding. His earlier experience includes preparing companies for acquisition, restating financials to GAAP, implementing SOX-compliant processes, managing complex audits, and leading multiple enterprise system conversions.

Jim began his career in public accounting. He holds a Master of Business Administration from Georgia State University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Georgia. Known for his strategic mindset, operational rigor, and ability to scale financial infrastructure, Jim brings deep expertise in financial leadership, compliance, and organizational growth.
