As founder and CEO of BioTechnical Communications, she integrated scientific innovation with business acumen, securing 12 NIH SBIR grants that advanced health communications research. Her success in launching genetic screening and treatments to consumers highlights her ability to translate complex science into impactful solutions. Her success securing SBIR funding also helped her develop expertise which she now shares with entrepreneurs and owners of STEM-oriented small businesses.

Dr. Harris is a dedicated mentor, guiding small tech startups through securing SBIR/STTR funding. Her expertise has helped numerous businesses succeed in the competitive technology innovation space.

She leads "On-Ramp to Capital Access," a service that helps startups secure funding through AI-powered grant reviews, strategic consulting, and financial guidance. "On-Ramp" provides tools to access non-dilutive funding, optimize R&D tax credits, and establish compliance infrastructures.
